All the Delegates presenting papers/posters/table clinics & registering for pre-convention courses kindly note that the Organising committee shall ensure that there shall be no overlapping between the presentations & courses one wishes to attend & shall be scheduled accordingly.
Scientific Guidelines
Registration for the 28th IOS National PG Convention 2025 is mandatory for submission of abstract for scientific Paper/Poster/ Table clinic presentation.
Scientific Paper/ Poster/ Table clinic presentations are open for Post-Graduate Trainees.
Presenters are allowed to present their own work or their team's work only which has not been published till date.
Presentation of another person's case reports/ review/ research will lead to disqualification.
The abstract for Paper, Poster and Table Clinic, limited to 300 words in structured format, along with the full menuscript and presentation should be submitted by 5pm on 5th January 2025.
The entire completed paper manuscript (including photos, tables, charts, etc., if any) shall be submitted in a PowerPoint presentation by 5th January 2025.
Entire poster in JPEG format must be uploaded by 5th January 2025.
For table clinic only abstract in PDF format is mandatory.
Mention the registration number without fail in the designated space provided in the template respectively.
Once your paper/poster/table clinic is approved, you will receive an email communication bearing the scientific paper/poster/ table clinic code number.
Please do not mention personal details or acknowledge staff/ guide/ college name in the presentation, doing so will lead to disqualification.
Certificate of presentation will be provided only to registered delegates of the 28th IOS National PG Convention 2025.
For Original Research, completed studies/ pilot studies with results only will be considered for participation.
Avoid animations and videos in the power point presentation.
For scientific paper/ poster presentation, only one author is allowed.
Papers may be converted to Poster presentations at the sole discretion of the scientific committee.
The decision of scientific committee will be final.
Guidelines for Competitive and non-Competitive Submission
Each post graduate department is permitted to send a maximum of 50% of the post-graduate strength as competitive presentations.
(E.g.: In a department of 8 PGs, maximum of 4 presentations can be competitive in any combination of paper/poster/table clinic. Remaining presentations must be submitted as non-competitive) There is no restriction for non-competitive submissions.
All submissions must be made in the enclosed submission format, duly signed by the Head of Department listing the competitive and non-competitive submissions from their respective departments in the prescribed format given below before 5th January 2025. This format needs to be uploaded on the online portal by the student while making their respective submission.
