Guidelines for Scientific Paper Presentation :-
Papers are restricted to Original research/ Clinical / Clinical innovation category.
Papers can be submitted under the following subheads:
Research Category:
These should be scientific studies that fulfil the following criteria (Example AJO-DO 2006;129:520-527): Should be undertaken with a proper research hypothesis and include Need for the study, Materials and methods category, Sample selection and sampling technique, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Clinical Category:
Diagnosis and Etiology, Treatment Objectives, Treatment Plan, Treatment Progress, Long-term results, Discussion. In these presentations, pre-treatment and post treatment records (intra-oral and extra-oral photographs, models, cephalograms, OPG, and IOPAs) should be shown. For the treatment progress, a set of mid-treatment photographs should be shown. Cephalometric superimposition should be presented where appropriate.
Clinical Innovations:
These papers should be on modifications / new approaches to existing treatment methods / appliances new techniques / appliances which have been developed by the authors.
Time limit for scientific Paper Presentation: 8 minutes + 2 minutes (for Discussion)
For Papers - The entire completed presentation manuscript (including photos, tables and charts etc., if any) should be submitted in PowerPoint format by 5th January 2025.
Mention the registration number without fail in the designated space provided in the template respectively.
Please do not mention personal details, or acknowledge staff / guide / college name.
The last date for abstract submission, along with the full manuscript and presentation, is January 5th 2025 by 5pm
