Cancellation Policy:

 Upto 30^th September 2024, 50% refund of registration fee.
 Upto 30^th November 2024, 20% refund of registration fee.
 Upto 31^st December 2024, 05% refund of registration fee.
 After 1^st January 2025, no refund will be given.
 All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference.
 Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
