General Rules & Regulations:
Cultural event will be conducted in 2 phases:
 Preliminary/ Qualifiers - Online submissions.
 Finale- Offline On-stage event at Manav Rachna Dental College.

Last date for submission of all entries for Qualifiers is 30^th January 2025 (5.00 PM)   

Categories of Performing Arts:
 Category I: Vocals (Singing): Painting, sketching, digital art, or photography with themes related to dentistry, orthodontics, or creativity in general.
I a: Vocals Solo. I b: Vocals Groups (2 or more participants)
 Category II: Dance: Singing, dancing, acting, or other forms of live or recorded performances.
II a: Dance Solo. II b: Dance Groups (2 or more participants)
 3. Category III: Instrumental (Maximum 7 participants)

Eligibility Criteria:
 Open to all bona fide student life members registered for the 28^th IOS PG Convention
 Each participant can submit entries in a maximum of two categories.

Video Guidelines for Qualifier/ Preliminary Rounds:
(These instructions ensure fairness and uniformity in the preliminary judging process)

 Duration: The video must not exceed 2 minutes.
 Background: Use a simple or neutral background for the recording.
 Anonymity:
  o Do not include names of students or their college anywhere in the video.
  o Avoid any content that could reveal personal or institutional information.
 Professional Presentation: Ensure clear audio and video quality.
 Format:
  o MP4 format audio/video file
  o Maximum file size to be uploaded on google form for Qualifiers is 10 MB
 Deadline: Last date for submission of all entries is 30^th January 2025 (5.00 PM)
 Content Restrictions:
  o All vocals and dance performances should preferably be in Hindi or English to ensure ease of comprehensibility for the judging panel. If regional content is used, it should be self-explanatory.
  o Content must be original and adhere to professional ethics, including choreography.
  o Plagiarism or the inclusion of inappropriate material/vulgarity will result in disqualification.

Guidelines for Final Rounds:
Finals shall be at the convention venue in PHYSICAL MODE

 Finals Qualification:
  o A maximum of SEVEN entries per category will qualify for the finals.
  o In case of fewer entries in any category, additional entries may be added to other categories.
 Time Limit:
  o Maximum 3 minutes for each entry.
  o Group Dance & Instrumental performances are allowed a maximum of 5 minutes.
 Event Date and Time:
  o The event will be held on 21^st February 2025 (Friday) from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
 Certificates and Awards:
  o Physical certificates and awards will be presented to all participants on the same day of the event.
